We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our Children in Care Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, coordinating multi-agency approaches, and building positive relationships with children, young people, and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct clear, accurate assessments of children's needs and develop effective care plans
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Completion of the ASYE program
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
