Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our Children in Care Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, coordinating multi-agency approaches, and building positive relationships with children, young people, and their families.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clear, accurate assessments of children's needs and develop effective care plans
- Build and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Social Work or a related field
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Completion of the ASYE program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
