We are seeking an experienced Child Protection Specialist to join our dedicated team at Northamptonshire Children's Trust. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and their families.

The role involves conducting thorough assessments, coordinating multi-agency approaches, and building positive relationships with children, young people, and their carers. As a Child Protection Specialist, you will be confident in your analysis and decision-making, able to deliver purposeful and effective social care supported by experienced colleagues and managers.

This is a fast-paced and challenging role that requires a high level of professionalism, empathy, and understanding. You will need to demonstrate experience of looked after children care and have completed your ASYE as a registered social worker.

As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including a competitive salary of £GBP32,000 - £GBP40,000 per annum, up to GBP4,000 recruitment bonus, and up to GBP8,000 towards relocation. You will also receive SWE Registration paid yearly, generous annual leave allowance, and access to comprehensive learning and development opportunities.
