Resident Support and Development Manager

Care UK is a leading care provider seeking an experienced Resident Support and Development Manager to join their team. This role involves leading and supervising staff, case managing residents, and liaising with families.

Responsibilities:

Leading and supervising your shift, case managing residents and liaising with families, administering and recording medication, carrying out risk assessments, working closely with the leadership team to develop services.

Requirements:

Well-organised, IT literate and adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately, NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable, Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
