Internal Communications and Engagement Coordinator

As our Internal Communications and Engagement Coordinator, you'll be responsible for promoting our culture of engagement, coordinating events, utilising digital media, and supporting our recognition projects, all while having fun and developing an exciting career in our remarkable team.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, an interest in digital media and the ability to network with our amazing people, as you help us celebrate and share our successes.
**Your key duties**:
- Act as a point of contact for all ResQ employees to lead on engagement, and internal communication for events and employee participation activity, maintaining a key relationship with all ResQ employees.
- Working with the Head of Engagement and Internal Communications to develop and support an engagement plan for ResQ, agreeing priority activities tailored to target specific audiences.
- Co-ordinate employee engagement, wellbeing and giving something back events, supported with internal communication involving the key businesses stakeholders, inspiring participation, and successful collaboration.
- Make effective use of digital media, including ResQ’s employee intranet, social medias, to further public engagement.
- Support the organisation and management of quarterly Best Companies and internal surveys.
- Evaluate the impact of public engagement activity, where appropriate against key performance indicators and produce reports on these activities.
- Co-ordinate key recognition projects, including ResQ employees’ birthdays, anniversaries, Persons of the Month, working with key stakeholders to ensure they’re engaged and support key initiatives.
- The above list of responsibilities may not be exhaustive, and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks and responsibilities as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post.

- Ability to engage with individuals of different degrees of expertise, including managers, support staff, team leaders and agents.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Self-confidence to present and support key business project to all levels
- A key understanding of the purpose of engagement
- Experience of using a variety of communications/engagement methods, with proven ability to select best approach depending on context and audience group
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to network and develop new relationships both externally and internally, with a collaborative approach to work, supporting others, demonstrating tact and diplomacy
- A solutions-based approach, able to work independently and flexibly.
