Although this role is advertised as full-time, we will consider part-time, job share and alternative working pattern proposals where possible.

**about the role**

The Gas Coordinator will work in conjunction with Operational Managers and Team Leads to ensure that believe Property Repairs Gas Team is developed as a flagship service that is great, consistent and modern.
- Assist with the operational delivery of the organisations Gas Team including the effective coordination of all resources required to deliver a great service whilst optimising performance, cost and risk.
- Provide guidance to ensure the highest quality of operational delivery service to internal and external stakeholders whilst providing excellent lines of communication between managers, team leads and the trade workforce.
- Comply with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998, Building Regulations and the Codes of Practice and guidance documents relevant to the range of gas work undertaken in domestic and non-domestic, occupied and void properties.
- Contribute to the effective administration of the team including collation and approval of certification, maintenance of manual and electronic databases and record keeping.
- Ensure proof of competence of all engineers working on gas installations is obtained in accordance with the assessment for Nationally Accredited Certification Scheme (ACS) for individual gas fitting operatives.
