Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Encourage independence and participation in activities
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
Requirements:

- Ability to communicate effectively
- Flexible approach and willingness to learn
- Kind and genuine interactions with older people and their needs
