We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Cedar Court Residential and Nursing Home in Seaham, County Durham.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant with us, you'll play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents by providing high-quality, personalised care. You'll work collaboratively as part of our team to create a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional care to our residents, adhering to their individual care plans and needs.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful atmosphere, promoting social interaction and leisure activities.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in regular training and development opportunities.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary of £11.90 per hour and 33 hours available per week, primarily on night shifts. As part of our team, you can enjoy:
