Senior Care Team Lead

Care UK is a multi-award winning care provider seeking an experienced Senior Care Team Lead to join their team. This role involves leading and supervising staff, case managing residents, and liaising with families.

  • A strong desire to help people and put residents at the heart of everything you do.
  • Well-organised, IT literate and adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and supervising your shift, case managing residents and liaising with families, administering and recording medication, carrying out risk assessments.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable, Proven ability to lead and supervise others, Good understanding of care planning processes.
