Support Care Specialist

The Protective Care Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Care Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people in care.
About the RoleThis is a rewarding position that requires flexibility, understanding, and a willingness to support vulnerable individuals. As a Support Care Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a safe, caring, and loving environment for our young people.
The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Child and Residential care or be willing to obtain it. They must also possess an outgoing personality, be comfortable with challenging behaviors, and have a valid UK manual driving license.
We offer a competitive basic salary of £32,000, plus uplifts for each shift worked with a young person and for sleeping nights. Our benefits package includes paid annual leave, company sick pay, company pension, training opportunities, and a refer-a-friend scheme.
