About the Role

The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, case managing residents, and administering medication. You will also work closely with the leadership team to develop services and provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supervising your shift to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Case managing residents to create personalized care plans
  • Administering and recording medication in accordance with company policies
  • Carrying out risk assessments to ensure resident safety
  • Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for delivering high-quality care and support. You will be well-organized, IT literate, and able to allocate and delegate work effectively. A NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable, but not essential.
