About the Role:
The Clinical Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting, training, and assisting theatre staff in orthopaedic implant cases. This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as a passion for orthopaedics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and train theatre staff in orthopaedic implant cases
- Assist in audits within the NHS and private hospitals
- Liaise and support orthopaedic surgeons, consultants, and nurses
- Manage workload within hospitals
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a clinician (e.g. ODP, Scrub Nurse, Theatre Nurse, ODA)
- Experience in hip and knee surgery
- Strong people skills and communication/presentation skills
- Goal of breaking into medical sales
