Strategic Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team at Vector Recruitment Solutions Ltd. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the drainage industry, driving business growth through strategic partnerships and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the drainage industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. You will be expected to develop and implement effective business growth strategies, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and negotiate contracts and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and proposals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales with a strong background in business development within the drainage or related industries.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Will to travel to maintain and build relationships.

Salary and Benefits:
  • Up to £50,000 basic salary per annum depending on experience.
  • Performance-based bonuses.
