Lead Psychiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Psychiatrist to join our team at Nouvita Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to our psychiatric services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of our psychiatric service strategy, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with our medical director and hospital director to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote safe and effective patient care.
- Represent our organization externally, building relationships with key stakeholders and partners to promote our services and reputation.
- Participate in quality enhancement and service evaluation projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Lead the CPD programme for our hospital, fostering a culture of learning and professional development among our staff.
- Provide input and advice on initiatives that require a medical perspective, ensuring that our services are aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Experience of working in a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit and Acute Services.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current practices in in-patient Psychiatry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and outcomes.
