Job Title: Financial Operations Director

At Michael Page (UK), we are seeking an exceptional Financial Operations Director to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in financial management and leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.

As a key member of our finance team, the Financial Operations Director will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial systems and processes, as well as experience with regulatory requirements and compliance. Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + 25 days A/L.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
* Manage the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
* Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management.
* Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and processes.

Requirements:
* Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proven experience in financial management and leadership.
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
