About the Role

We are seeking an experienced regional manager to lead our Caribbean operations. The successful candidate will develop and implement operational strategies, manage commercial relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute operational plans, aligning with business objectives and ensuring seamless execution across departments.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including legal, HR, and immigration services.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in managing diverse operations, including HR, Immigration, HSE, Legal, Marketing & PR, and Business Development in high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts, supplier agreements, and revenue-focused strategies.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.

Compensation and Benefits:

£70,000 per annum, with opportunities for bonus and additional benefits, including BUPA medical insurance and company pension scheme.
