About the Role

ACS International Schools seeks a talented Facilities Director to lead the development and management of campus facilities, ensuring they meet the organisation's current and future needs.

This key role requires a strategic leader with experience in managing large estates, budgets, and teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be commercially astute, and have a proven track record of project managing complex developments.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in leading facilities teams and managing large estates, including grounds.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience of managing significant budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to represent ACS externally and interface with internal stakeholders.
  • NEBOSH qualification and relevant built environment qualifications, such as RICS or IWFM.

About Us

ACS International Schools provide a unique learning environment, educating students from over 70 countries. Our three schools in Greater London offer modern facilities and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful candidate will earn approximately £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
