Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and deliver high-quality learning programs to support individuals in achieving their employment objectives.
  2. Work collaboratively with our employability team to provide a bespoke employment journey for local residents, focusing on removing barriers to employment and building confidence and motivation.
  3. Prepare and maintain learning resources and equipment, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.
  4. Support the administration and organization of learning programs, including the marking of registers and submission of returns and records.
  5. Contribute to the development of project outcomes and maintain accurate records.
  6. Engage with communities across the region, promoting our services and building relationships with local stakeholders.



Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
