**Job Purpose**

Ø To deliver quality employability services to programme participants.

Ø To ensure compliance with all DWP and ESF contractual requirements throughout the company.

Ø To work with wider teams to support participant progression.

Ø To provide outstanding in work support services to optimise job retention and sustained outcomes.

Ø Demonstrate a willingness to learn and motivate others to develop/grow industry-specific knowledge and skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Participant Support**

Ø Assess needs and barriers of participants through SMART action plans and needs assessment.

Ø Source participants from contract award areas via outreach locations.

Ø Support participants into training and employment.

**Customer Support**

Ø Track and record customer outcomes and activities on the CRM system.

Ø Assist customers to become job ready by coaching and providing employer led advice and guidance.

Ø Provide customers with quality constructive feedback that allows them to improve and prepare for the dynamic work environment.

Ø Provide support to the stakeholders to enable them to sustain employment through good practice and overcome any foreseen barriers.

**Partnership Building**

Ø Work within Jobcentres and local authority and a range of community associations.

Ø Work to targets and deadlines as set out by contract profiles.

Ø Work alongside the Recruitment Managers to support work ready participants into employment.

Ø Provide ongoing support to participants post recruitment (in work support).

Ø Sourcing employers through a mix of leads and cold calling to generate employment opportunities for customers on your caseloads.

Ø Create awareness amongst the employers about our company's vision of equal opportunities and values.

**Management And Service**

Ø Signpost participants to a range of organisations to assist with Health, drug and alcohol, housing, and finance advice.

Ø Deliver a high-quality service in line with Get Set UK’s delivery model.

Ø Ensure compliance and accuracy with all aspects of service delivery.

**Key Skills Required**

Ø Must have proven track record within the employability sector and a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

Ø Must have strong communication, conflict management and negotiation skills

Ø Must be resourceful and innovative with a positive outlook

Ø Must be target driven and confident to work in a target driven environment

Ø Must be a team player and supportive of colleagues

Ø Must be empathetic to vulnerable and at-risk adults and have a strong desire to help

Ø Be able to demonstrate previous experience in a target driven environment.

Ø Have experience dealing with challenging priority groups.

Ø Have an employment focused approach to their work.

Ø Have worked on voluntary and outreach contracts and can quantify this.

Ø Have worked on ESF and payment by results contracts.

Ø Create SMART action plans and conduct individual needs assessments

Ø Have experience working with the Local Authority and Jobcentre Plus

Ø Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and contractual compliance in their previous roles.

Ø Computer, data entry and MS Office skills

Ø Will have previous welfare to work experience working on DWP/ESF Funded contracts or having demonstrable set of transferable skills to work in a target driven environment with focus on Quality and Compliance.
