We are currently on the lookout for an Employment Advisor to join us at Get Set at our **Kennington London Office.**

Our Employment Advisors deliver sustainable employment solutions to our customers and proactively support them to maintain employment and have long-term success. They motivate and help to improve skills and capabilities whilst assessing customer needs and barriers with integrity to create action plans to address concerns. Ultimately we help customers become job-ready with employer-led advice and guidance.

**YOUR IMPACT**:

- Deliver high-quality services in line with Get Set UK's delivery model.
- Demonstrate drive and focus by delivering customer progression.
- Maintain service quality standards by adhering to external and contractual requirements.
- Empower customers through training and place them into sustainable employment.
- Provide constructive feedback and support for the overall improvement of customers.
- Promote best practices to help customers maintain sustainable employment.
- Demonstrate motivation and meet targets and deadlines.
- Support work-ready customers into employment.
- Signpost customers to services that can help them overcome challenges related to drug, alcohol, housing, and finance concerns.
- Track and record customer progress on the CRM platform.
- Build strong partnerships with job centers, local authorities, and community associations.

- Experience in creating SMART action plans and conducting individual needs assessments.
- Knowledge of computers, data entry, and MS Office.

Pay: £28,500.00-£31,000.00 per year
