About the Role:

This Administrative Coordinator position is available at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust, a leading healthcare provider. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing outpatient appointments, maintaining patient records, and communicating with patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process patient appointments, including rescheduling and cancelling as needed
  2. Maintain accurate records on the Trust's Patient Administration System (PAS)
  3. Register patients on waiting lists and generate associated paperwork
  4. Book patient appointments and arrange related services
  5. Enter data into computerized databases with high accuracy
  6. Liaise with staff and act as a point of contact for queries

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English Language and Maths
  • Business and Administration Level 3 NVQ or equivalent experience
  • Clerical/administrative experience, including filing and reception duties
  • Experience dealing with the public, both on the phone and in person

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is £24,071 - £25,674 per annum, pro rata for part-time hours. This figure is based on national averages and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
