At Jo Malone London, we're seeking an exceptional Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team in Brighton. As a key member of our retail team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating an engaging in-store experience.

About the Role

  • Support the Boutique Manager in leading and developing our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
  • Develop and execute in-store events that showcase our luxurious fragrances and products, driving sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the store, including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive and inclusive store environment that reflects our brand values.

Requirements

  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • The ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events and coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential.
  • A drive to achieve sales and customer service targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours, with a focus on maintaining a good work-life balance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country.
