At Jo Malone London, we're on a mission to create a world where fragrance is a part of everyday life. As a Fragrance Retail Expert, you'll play a key role in bringing our unique scents to life and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Fragrance Retail Expert. As a key member of our boutique team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized and authentic customer service to our discerning clients
  • Creating and executing in-store events that showcase our fragrances and expertise
  • Coaching and mentoring our Sales Advisors to achieve their full potential
  • Driving sales and customer service targets through innovative and creative approaches
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the store and maintaining high standards of retail operations

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
  • Ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring others to achieve their full potential
  • Drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Flexible availability across days and hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
