We are seeking an ambitious and high-performing self-starter to join our team as an Assistant Boutique Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a leading role in supporting the Boutique Manager to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Develop and execute in-store events to drive sales and engagement.
- Coach and mentor Sales Advisors to achieve their full potential and succeed in their roles.
- Manage retail operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
- Experience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential and to succeed.
- Drive to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Flexible availability across days/hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country.
