At Jo Malone London, we're seeking an exceptional Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team in Brighton. As a key member of our retail team, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for beauty and retail. As Assistant Boutique Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Boutique Manager in leading the sales team to achieve targets
  • Coaching and developing Sales Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Creating and executing in-store events to drive sales and engagement
  • Managing store operations, including inventory and cash reconciliation
  • Providing inspirational and personalized customer service

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for coaching others
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Strong inventory management and cash reconciliation skills
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
