We are seeking an inspirational and energetic Assistant Boutique Manager to play a leading role in the success of our team by supporting the Boutique Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching and developing the team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
- Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Create and execute in-store events to drive sales and engagement.
- Coach and mentor others to achieve their full potential and succeed.
- Drive sales and customer service targets through effective inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Ensure flexible availability across days and hours to maintain a good work-life balance.
- Utilize Microsoft Office skills to support retail operations.
- Verify proof of right to live and work in the country.
