Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Brighton. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, achieving KPIs, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in developing a highly effective team through coaching, training, and empowerment
  • Drive sales and achieve business profit through inspirational motivation and commercial decision-making
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, embodying the principles of our customer service programme
  • Engage in strategic and analytical thinking to make commercial decisions that support the store and team
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
  • Experience within the fragrance and beauty retail environment is desirable
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proven commercial acumen and customer-centric approach
  • Flexibility in working arrangements to suit business requirements
