Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Brighton store. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading a team of sales associates, driving sales and KPIs, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective visual merchandising, stock management, and customer engagement
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
  • Coach and develop sales associates to improve their skills and performance
  • Manage store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a retail store management role
  • Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
