Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager with a passion for luxury to join our team in Brighton. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in developing and executing business strategies to achieve sales, KPIs, and profit targets.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional standards of execution, and inspiring others to achieve excellence in customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to empower team members to reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and inclusive store culture, fostering a customer-centric approach and promoting a culture of integrity, courage, and respect.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years retail management experience, preferably in the fragrance and beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Proven commercial acumen, with a customer-centric approach and a passion for luxury retail.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including some travel to other stores.
