About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team at Jo Malone London. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Boutique Manager in leading and developing the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all customers
  • Develop and execute in-store events and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and succeed in their roles
  • Manage retail operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets

Requirements
  • Proven retail experience at supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
  • Ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring others to achieve their full potential
  • Drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Flexible availability across days and hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
