HR and Administrative Professional

We are looking for a reliable Temporary HR and Admin Support to join our team. As a key member of our HR and administrative operations, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day processes while covering a range of tasks across HR, accounting, and document management.
Key Tasks:- Manage Staff Holidays & Absences: Record and track staff holidays, absences, and sickness, ensuring up-to-date records are maintained.
- Process Staff Expenses: Process and manage staff expenses, ensuring they are appropriately recorded and submitted.
- Ensure Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure new Health & Safety policies are followed and record training completion for all relevant staff.
- Handle Invoice and Payment Processing: Process invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain Document Filing System: Maintain and organize shared files and documents, ensuring easy access and proper filing.
Requirements:
- Previous HR Experience: Previous experience in HR support, administration, or similar roles is preferred.
- Excel Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Excel for tracking and recording data. Experience with Exchequer is desirable, though not essential.
- Familiarity with Payroll Systems: Familiarity with Sage Payroll or similar payroll systems.
- Strong Communication Skills: Good communication skills to engage with staff at all levels, including foreign staff seconded to the office.
