This role is 24 hours, 3 days per week.

Peak Pharmacy was founded in 1981 and is now comprised of over 150 pharmacies, from Milton Keynes to Manchester.

**The role**:
As a HR Admin Assistant, you will be an integral part of our HR team, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the HR field and contribute to various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to our HR Officers and HR team.
- Take notes in HR meetings.
- Assist with maintaining accurate and organised employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintaining and updating our HR system.
- Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives.
- Other general HR duties as required.

**About you**:

- You hold (or are working towards) a Human Resources or Administration qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus.
