KMK HR Solutions is a global retail business based in Central London. We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our international People team. This role will be based in London but work across all 8 countries and report into the L&D Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in L&D, with experience working with cross-functional teams and developing training programs that meet the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of the organization
  • Supporting the creation of the Learning and Development calendar
  • Improving learning initiatives across all countries
  • Utilizing assessment tools
  • Working with the broader People and Talent team
