**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Culture Strategist to join our diverse global team. This key role will partner with our executive team to drive alignment on our mission and core values, developing holistic organizational culture strategies and cultural solutions tailored to business needs.

The ideal candidate will be a tenacious, creative individual with a passion for organizational culture, comfortable leading through ambiguity, and agile navigating a fast-growing, complex business. As a cultural champion, you will help the team understand and live our core values through effective programs that promote morale while achieving our mission and common goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging analysis of research to define the gap between ideal organization and culture state and its impact on organizational performance
  • Developing an understanding of our organization and culture performance through research and benchmarking of top-performing organizations and cultures
  • Designing and prototyping new concepts for the future of our culture
  • Working closely with leadership and the global organizational culture team to create a roadmap to bring new initiatives to life

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in HR consultation, leadership development, content creation, and communications
  • Knowledgeable in organizational culture domains including employee engagement and retention, organizational development, employee relations, and internal communications
  • A natural coach and mentor with an ability to foster relationships with all levels of the team
  • A data-driven decision-maker with the ability to advocate for investments in organizational culture strategies

**Estimated Salary:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year

This salary estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and other factors. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
