Are you eager to embark on a career in travel, but lack industry experience? Our New to Travel Programme is the perfect opportunity for you to gain the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this exciting field.

We're seeking target-driven individuals with a passion for travel and a minimum of one year's sales or target experience. As a participant in our six-month intensive training programme, you'll receive comprehensive classroom training, learning about our systems, products, and destinations.

Upon successful completion, you'll transition into a permanent Travel Consultant role in our call centre, working alongside our experienced team in Sunderland. You'll refine your skills, develop your knowledge, and become a valuable member of our Hays Travel family.
