People & Culture Department Administrator

We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our People & Culture Department at UKAEA Culham, Oxfordshire.

This is a full-time opportunity that involves supporting the delivery of key initiatives and projects within the department. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience working in an administrative role.

About the Role:
  • Support the day-to-day activities of the People & Culture Department, including data entry, document management, and coordination of meetings and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • A competitive salary of £26,156 per annum, plus excellent benefits including an outstanding defined benefit pension scheme.
