Co-operative Funeral Service Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Funeral Arranger to join our team at The Co-operative Group. This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, based in the Edinburgh area.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional support to clients during a difficult time, helping them plan a memorable and meaningful funeral service.
- Develop positive relationships with local community members, building trust and confidence in our funeral services.
- Assist with the manual handling of coffins and deceased individuals, ensuring a dignified and respectful process.
- A competitive annual salary of £24,609 (£12.62 per hour).
