Mortuary Care Specialist

The Co-operative Group is seeking a Mortuary Care Specialist to provide expert guidance and advice to clients in planning the perfect funeral service. This role involves travelling to meet clients, building relationships across the community, and supporting with manual handling of coffins and the deceased. We offer a competitive salary of £24,609 per annum (£12.62 per hour) plus benefits.
About the RoleYou will be working under FCA regulation and will receive training to become a certified colleague. You will also have access to our Employee Assistance Programme, which offers confidential advice and support on anything you're struggling with.
Responsibilities- Providing expert guidance and advice to clients
- Travelling to meet clients and building relationships
- Supporting with manual handling of coffins and the deceased
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
