Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Sales Development Representative to join our team at La Esperanza Child Development Center, LLC. As an SDR, you will be responsible for driving top of the funnel leads and qualifying opportunities that turn into potential sales.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with early experience in driving lead generation activities and qualifying opportunities. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify target industries and organisations, gain a deep understanding of their challenges and goals, and prospect into these organisations using a range of outbound sales tools and campaigns.

You will be responsible for achieving your monthly goal of qualified opportunities for the sales team and maintaining our CRM system meticulously. Your key focus areas will include:

  • Inbound and Outbound lead generation activities
  • Identifying target industries and organisations
  • Gaining a deep understanding of target industries and organisations
  • Prospecting into target organisations
  • Achieving monthly goals of qualified opportunities
  • Maintaining CRM
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of great benefits, including hybrid working, variable annual bonus, employee stock options, generous paid leave, and trips abroad.
