Regional Commercial Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lead to join our team at Stantec Consulting International Ltd. This role will play a key part in driving business growth and development across our regions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to drive regional growth and profitability.
- Provide commercial leadership to regional teams, ensuring best practice in commercial and risk performance management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, identifying opportunities for improvement and resolving issues.
- Work closely with regional directors and the leadership team to develop and implement strong commercial strategies.
- Relevant degree and experience in a commercial management role, preferably in a consultancy environment.
- Strong commercial acumen, business analysis skills, and ability to interpret complex financial systems.
- Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers, and external partners.
