Job Description:This critical role reports to the CEO and is a member of the senior leadership team. As a strategic leader, you will develop and implement the people and culture strategy in alignment with Fareshare's overall goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent management through all recruitment and development programs to ensure Fareshare has the capability to grow.
- Overseeing HR operations and compliance to encourage best practice.
- Organisation development and leading change management.
To succeed in this role, you will be a people person with high energy and experience driving culture change. You will have a proven track record at a similar senior level in HR, ideally in a purpose-driven or non-profit organisation.
A strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practice, and ability to demonstrate success in creating strategies that align with organisational goals are essential. Excellent communication skills and strong team management and leadership skills are also required.
Benefits:This permanent full-time role offers a salary of £85,000 per annum plus pension. Hybrid working based out of London with visibility in the office 1-2 days a week plus regular travel to other UK sites.
