Job Overview

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in partnering with the Executive Committee leaders, managers, and teams within the organisation, delivering effective people solutions including resource forecasting, organisational development, and workforce skills and capability planning.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Executive Committee leaders, managers, and teams to deliver effective people solutions.
  2. Work with colleagues to enable the delivery of a seamless HR service.
  3. Provide coaching and mentoring on people issues such as employee relations.
  4. Champion the organisation's diversity and equal opportunities approach and practices.
  5. Plan and direct people, culture, and organisation projects.
  6. Use data and management information to measure, track, and evaluate the effectiveness of the people plan and interventions.
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of successfully developing and managing complex change programmes and projects.
