Job Title

Strategic Product Leader

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Product Leader to drive the development of our Intelligence Platform, shaping the product function and driving transformational change.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy, driving business outcomes and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with company goals and user needs, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-priority product initiatives, driving collaboration and alignment across teams.
  • Monitor and report on product performance metrics, providing actionable insights to inform product decisions and optimization.
Product Development & User Experience
  • Collaborate with UX designers to develop and implement design solutions that meet user needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Work with engineering and data teams to integrate advanced analytics and AI/ML capabilities into the product, unlocking new revenue streams and growth opportunities.
  • Establish user groups and processes to regularly test ideas and gather feedback to inform product enhancements and iteration.
Stakeholder Influence & Collaboration
  • Bridge the gap between technical teams and business functions to ensure alignment on product priorities through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Communicate complex technical or operational concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, actionable way to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to align product offerings with market needs and opportunities, driving commercial success and growth.
Commercialisation + Growth
  • Understand the commercial aspects of the platform, including monetising data and delivering value to customer segments like investors and corporates, to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Help scale the product function and adapt processes as the company and product portfolio grow, ensuring continued success and market competitiveness.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS, B2B, or scale-up environments.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing product processes, best practices, and agile ways of working to drive product excellence.
  • Proven ability to manage data-centric products or platforms that deal with technical complexity.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence abilities to drive collaboration and alignment across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset to drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to work with a globally distributed team, remotely.
