My Product Path is a hyper-growth organisation that is seeking a talented Lead Product Manager to join our team. We are a dynamic and innovative company that values collaboration and continuous improvement.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled product leader who can define and drive the long-term product strategy and vision aligned with client goals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful product launches and will be able to develop a compelling roadmap based on customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the long-term product strategy and vision aligned with client goals.
  • Develop a compelling roadmap based on customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities.
  • Prioritise product features and development based on user feedback, business value, and feasibility.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure there is alignment with vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Work closely with the account team to ensure the product strategy and account management strategy are closely aligned.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver on product goals.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Coordinate product launches and post-launch activities with marketing and sales.
  • Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform product decisions.
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve the product experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the product remains competitive.
  • Line manage, coach, and lead a team of product managers, helping them grow and succeed.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance product culture across the team.
  • Guide team members through problem-solving, prioritisation, and key decision-making processes.
  • Establish key metrics to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leverage analytics and user feedback to drive product iterations and improvements.
  • Present product performance updates and insights to clients, senior leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and work proactively to resolve issues.
  • Ensure products are built to scale and meet both user and business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (ideally in business, computer science, engineering, or related field) or equivalent work experience.
  • Deep experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading successful product launches.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage a team of product managers.
  • Deep understanding of the product lifecycle, including customer research, product design, development, launch, and post-launch optimisation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, product management tools (e.g. Jira), and data analytics platforms.
