Strategic Partnership Development Manager

At Product co, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, sales, and marketing initiatives.
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in strategic sales and marketing, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will be accountable for the P&L of one practice, with a revenue target of $2m annually.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in drafting effective growth strategies (organic and inorganic), including partnerships, service and geo penetration, and value-based selling (VBS) strategies.
- Participating in Portfolio Re-engineering, innovation, and execution.
- New Business Development
- Prospecting potential new clients and ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Researching and building relationships with new clients.
- Setting up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.
- Planning approaches and pitches. Working with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Account Management
- Retaining existing clients and enabling upselling and cross-selling of our services.
- Ensuring customer success through regular feedback and touchpoints.
- Market Positioning
- Participating with the team to develop and enhance a common marketing message and align the market positioning accordingly.
- Innovating new services and strengthening the portfolio in the market.
We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. If you are a self-motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, we encourage you to apply.
