Strategic Product Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Product Leader to join our team at Fonoa. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product vision, aligning with the company's strategic objectives and meeting the needs of large, global enterprise customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing at least one product from pilot to global scale that generates millions in revenue. You will own the product lifecycle from inception to scale, developing an experiment-driven product strategy that promotes industry transformation.

This is a highly visible and impactful role, suited for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments with high expectations and a bias for action. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, understands the importance of speed and urgency, and knows how to scale enterprise-level solutions across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a bold product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives and the needs of large, global enterprise customers.
  • Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation and customer validation, through development and delivery, to scaling globally with millions of users and significant revenue impact.
  • Engage deeply with global enterprise customers to understand their unique needs and challenges, ensuring our products solve real problems at scale and deliver measurable value.
  • Drive the product's commercial success, including revenue growth, user adoption, and overall profitability. Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions and track key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and features.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably with SaaS products for large, global enterprise customers.
  • A proven track record of managing at least one product from pilot to global scale that generates millions in revenue.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
