Job Title: Chief People Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional HR leader to join our team as a Chief People Officer. As a strategic partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving cultural initiatives, leading ad hoc projects, and strategically partnering with senior managers to ensure a high-performing and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the people strategy, adapting it in line with business demands
  • Drive HR initiatives and change programmes
  • Coaching, supporting, mentoring, and challenging senior leaders and line managers in the application of HR Policies and practices
  • Provide advice and guidance on complex HR issues to minimize risk to the business
  • Effectively measure HR activity and present relevant data and analysis to support recommendations
  • Develop a learning and development strategy and training programme to develop top talent, drive performance, aid succession, and increase retention

Requirements:

  • Previous HR experience at a strategic, senior level within PR/Comms/ Advertising agency environments
  • Experience of developing and leading successful people management initiatives, including restructuring and change
  • Experience of identifying and developing training and development plans and managing appraisal cycles
  • A thorough understanding of HR procedures and up-to-date employment legislation
  • Experience of managing pay review cycles and advising on fair pay principles
  • Superb communication skills, experience of working with senior leadership teams, and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Location: Central London

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
