We're seeking a highly experienced Chief and officer to lead our people strategy, ensuring that our business goals are aligned with the needs of our talented team.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and executing a strategic people plan that drives growth, talent development, and retention. Your focus will be on employee well-being, engagement, and creating an experience that brings out the best in our people.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Talent Attraction & Retention: Develop innovative approaches to attract, nurture, and retain top talent, ensuring we remain competitive in a fast-changing market.
  • Culture & Values: Act as the guardian of our culture, ensuring it reflects our values and ethics. Build a strong sense of community, foster trust and collaboration, and ensure the workplace is inspiring, fun, and productive.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a truly equitable environment. Develop strategies to attract a diverse talent pool and promote inclusivity across all levels of the organisation.
  • Well-Being & Engagement: Create an environment where employees feel valued, engaged, and supported. Design and implement initiatives that enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being and boost employee engagement.
