Social Work Opportunities

We are seeking experienced Social Workers / Advanced Social Workers to join our Families Together Service in Croydon.

As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing and supporting 16-17 Homeless young people alongside Croydon Housing.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and develop your career while making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families in Croydon.

About the Role

You will work with a passionate and dedicated team of social workers and Edge of Care workers to prevent entry to Local Authority Care.

We offer a highly competitive compensation package including a salary range of £45,510 - £53,607 (Grade 11-14).

In addition to this, we provide accredited Systemic Practice training, a range of CPD opportunities, and access to Employee Discount scheme with a range of programmes.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified and registered Social Workers / Advanced Social Workers who are Social Work England registered, and have completed your AYSE.
  • Sound knowledge of the Croydon 16-17 Homeless Protocol.
  • Skilled in managing complex cases and competent in presenting cases in court with demonstrable professionalism and empathy.
