Job Summary:
Croydon Council is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Therapist to join our innovative and dynamic clinical service in Croydon. As a Senior Clinical Therapist, you will play a key role in supporting our practice framework that has systemic practice at its foundation. You will work alongside our Systemic Practice Lead to ensure that our clinical services are bespoke, flexible, and offer timely responses.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and young people, carers, and networks in a statutory children's service. You will be responsible for creating, providing, and governing a high-quality specialist and clinical service. Your experience and training will enable you to effect positive outcomes for children and young people. We promote flexible and hybrid working arrangements where possible to support a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation, provision, and governance of a high-quality specialist and clinical service
- Work with children and young people, carers, and networks in a statutory children's service
- Effect positive outcomes for children and young people through your experience and training

Requirements:
- Experienced family therapist with supervisory experience
- Accredited and registered family and systemic psychotherapist
- Qualification in systemic supervision
- Ability to work in diverse ways with a range of children and young people, carers, and networks
