About the Role:

As a Clinical Nurse Advisor, you will answer 111 calls from the general public and provide immediate access to clinical advice on their condition or illness, and signpost to appropriate services.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience in a primary care environment, such as A and E, urgent care, telephone triage, custody/prison nursing, urgent treatment centres, practice nursing or community/district nursing.
  • A current NHS 111 Pathways Licence and over 1 year’s experience as a Clinical Advisor.
  • Current nursing NMC or paramedic HCPC registration.
  • A commitment of at least 15 hours per week with the service.
